Job summary

Rimes Technologies is seeking a Change Manager to lead the people and process side of change across transformation initiatives. The role connects strategy to delivery, coordinating across product, engineering, data teams, GoToMarket, and global offices to ensure adoption sticks.

The role is hands-on and cross-functional, driving change from concept through production to BAU, while ensuring readiness, training, and resourcing to sustain benefits across time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading change management within complex transformation programmes.
• Knowledgeable in change management methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, APMG).
• Experience embedding new products, systems, or ways of working into live operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end change management plans for transformation initiatives across Rimes.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments across teams, offices and client-facing functions.
• Facilitate workshops, working groups, and stakeholder sessions to shape solutions.
• Plan and manage transition of new products, platform capabilities, and data services into live production.
• Design and deliver training programmes, guides, and enablement materials with SMEs and People Team.
• Define adoption, readiness, and benefit-realisation metrics and report progress.
