National Grid is seeking a Business Change Lead to drive change across our Record to Report and ERP initiatives, including Kraken. The role can be based in the UK or US and will operate as part of a global leadership team with periodic travel.

Hybrid working in Warwick (3 days in office) and a focus on change strategy, communications, readiness, training, adoption, benefits realization and governance. Requires CCMP certification or equivalent, plus proven experience in large-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• CCMP certification or strong understanding of the CCMP framework.
• Proven experience in change management and large-scale transformations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders across locations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans across the portfolio.
• Create communications strategy and engaging messages for stakeholders.
• Conduct impact analyses and readiness assessments for organizational change.
• Support training design and delivery aligned with change strategy.
• Monitor change adoption and identify improvements for realization of benefits.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders and manage change governance.
