Job summary

CSC’s Global Financial Solutions (GFS) seeks an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead change management across large transformation initiatives. You will partner with senior sponsors, workstream leads, and SMEs to ensure adoption and lasting impact.

You will drive change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and sustained benefits across the organization, building scalable change capability and translating complex programs into practical actions and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of change management, transformation, organizational development, communications or related experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide, multi-workstream, or global transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success leading change for operating model, process, technology, role or organizational change.
• Strong experience working directly with senior leaders and executive sponsors.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into practical plans, actionable messaging and measurable readiness outcomes.
• Experience working within a TMO, PMO, transformation office or enterprise change function.
• Experience building change methods, templates, dashboards or adoption reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead change for transformation workstreams and projects.
• Partner with workstream owners and project managers to integrate change activity into delivery plans.
• Translate transformation intent into stakeholder actions, readiness milestones and adoption outcomes.
• Identify change risks early and develop clear mitigation plans.
• Coach sponsors and leaders on active sponsorship and messaging.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies across functions and regions.
• Define readiness criteria and monitor organizational preparedness throughout delivery.
• Define training, enablement and reinforcement needs for future operating models.
