Job summary

Randstad Digital UK in London, hybrid (3 days in office) seeks a change management lead to drive a large-scale transformation of Order Management and Allocation capabilities, partnering with business and project stakeholders across markets.

You will lead change impact assessments, design and execute the overall change management strategy and plan, and support readiness and adoption. Build change capability across market teams and report on adoption metrics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading change management on large-scale cross-functional transformations.
• Expertise in structured change management methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent).
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and developing stakeholder engagement plans.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements.

Location: London, UK (Hybrid 3 days in office)

Contract: 12-18 months

The role will focus on leading change management activities for a large-scale transformation of our Order Management and Allocation capabilities, partnering closely with business and project stakeholders across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis

• Partnering with business teams on readiness activities and adoption planning
• Building change capability across market teams
• Tracking, measuring, and reporting adoption and change effectiveness metrics

Must-have qualifications

• Proven experience leading change management on large-scale, cross-functional transformations
