Job summary

ECOM Agroindustrial Corp. Ltd. seeks a Business Change Manager to lead change across First Mile and technology initiatives, coordinating communication, training, governance, and adoption activities to maximise benefits.

The candidate will design and embed change across processes, systems and people, with a focus on scalable, best-practice delivery and stakeholder alignment in a multi-entity global setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years change management experience delivering technology change.
• Change management qualification and experience in a multi-entity/global environment.
• Soft commodities experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an as-is assessment and define the to-be future state and gaps.
• Identify process, procedure and practice changes to achieve benefits.
• Develop risk mitigation tactics for change initiatives.
• Manage stakeholders and mitigate resistance via a robust change plan.
• Deliver change management levers: communications, training, sponsor roadmaps, anchoring plans.
• Define, measure and report success metrics for change processes.
• Create clear project communications to maximise engagement and ownership.
• Design and deliver user and super-user training with coaching support.
• Capture user feedback from testing and deployment and anchor improvements.
• Support communities like Change Champions networks and AI communities.
