Job summary

Tria is seeking a Business Change Manager to drive end-to-end change across technology and AI transformation initiatives in a fast-moving FMCG/Retail context in London. The role focuses on maturing the change playbook, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning while ensuring benefits tracking and readiness.

You will collaborate across global teams, define new operating models, and support training to accelerate value delivery in a market-leading organisation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' Change Management experience in a complex global environment.
• Strong technology change / transformation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with change plans, training and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end change activity across technology, AI and transformation projects.
• Assess current processes and define future ways of working, maturing the change playbook.
• Develop stakeholder, communication and adoption plans.
• Support training, engagement and change readiness.
• Track adoption, benefits and change success.
