You will oversee game certification, market scoping, GSP safeguards, incident investigations, and the Compliance Portal, ensuring timely governance and continuous improvement with data-driven oversight.

A proven background in iGaming compliance and strong leadership is essential to drive compliant growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in iGaming/online casino compliance or QA with team leadership.
• Deep understanding of global iGaming standards and multi-market licensing.
• Commercial acumen to balance regulatory needs with business objectives.
• Strong analytical skills with incident investigation and mitigation experience.
• Proven ability to map and improve QA workflows and governance.
• Experience developing internal tools, databases, or portals.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor a team of six across compliance/QA and operations.
• Lead compliance scoping for new market entries and support commercial expansion.
• Act as liaison between Casino Operations and QA to align workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end game certification and deployment per market licenses.
• Develop safeguards against GSP failures and manage risk.
• Lead investigations into breaches and regulatory mitigation or compensation.
• Drive QA process improvements and automate repetitive tasks.
• Establish governance across markets and own the Compliance Portal.
• Provide senior management with risk assessments and health checks.
• Continuously review regulatory software and data analytics for compliance.
