LionHires Recruitment is seeking a Casino Compliance Manager to lead regulatory oversight across multiple markets and manage a six-person team, bridging Casino Operations, QA and Commercial to ensure certified, compliant game deployments.

The role encompasses market scoping, GSP risk safeguards, incident investigations, and ongoing governance of the Compliance Portal to support accurate certifications and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive iGaming compliance experience.
• Knowledge of global licensing and GLI standards.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage incidents and GSP outages.
• Strong process improvement and QA governance.
• Ability to translate regulations into actionable steps.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of six: one Team Lead and five compliance/QA specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end game certification and deployment across markets.
• Scope new markets and support Commercial alignment with regulation.
• Serve as primary liaison between Casino Operations and QA for workflow alignment.
• Develop safeguards against GSP failures and incidents.
• Lead investigations into compliance breaches and regulator communications.
• Improve QA workflows and governance to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Govern multi-market governance frameworks to stay compliant with regulations.
• Own the internal Compliance Portal for certifications, rules, and tracking.
• Provide risk updates and compliance health checks to senior leaders.
