Job summary

LionHires Recruitment is seeking a Casino Compliance Manager to lead a team of six and ensure that all casino products meet regulatory standards across markets. You will bridge Casino Operations, QA, and Commercial teams, drive governance, and own the Compliance Portal.

Responsibilities include new market scoping, incident investigations, and implementing safeguards against GSP failures. Strong leadership and regulatory expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in iGaming/online casino compliance, technical compliance, or QA.
• Deep understanding of global iGaming technical standards, game certification processes and multi-market licensing.
• Ability to balance regulatory requirements with commercial objectives during market scoping and launches.
• Strong analytical skills with experience investigating breaches, outages, and regulatory mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor a team consisting of one Team Lead and five compliance/QA specialists.
• Lead compliance scoping for new market entries and support the Commercial team for expansion within regulatory constraints.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Casino Operations and QA to ensure seamless communication and workflow alignment.
• Oversee end-to-end go-live for casino games, ensuring full certification and license compliance per market.
• Develop safeguards to protect against GSP failures, downtime, or compliance shortcomings.
• Lead deep-dive investigations into compliance breaches and incidents, managing player compensation where needed.
• Continuously optimise QA workflows to increase testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Establish governance frameworks across markets to maintain agility and compliance.
• Own the internal Compliance Portal as a central source of truth for certifications and rules.
• Provide regular risk updates and compliance health checks to leadership.
