Job summary

LionHires Recruitment is seeking a Casino Compliance Manager to lead regulatory compliance across multiple markets. You will guide a team of six, coordinating with Casino Operations, QA, and Commercial teams to ensure all games meet licensing standards.

You will drive governance, oversee certifications, and spearhead incident investigations while maintaining robust internal tooling and data-driven oversight of compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive iGaming compliance/QA experience.
• Deep understanding of global iGaming standards and multi-market licensing.
• Ability to align regulatory demands with business goals.
• Experience leading investigations and mitigations with regulators.
• Proven track record mapping and improving QA workflows.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with internal tools and databases.
• Experience governing multi-market rollouts and game releases.
• Exceptional communication translating regulations into actionable steps.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor a team including one Team Lead and five specialists.
• Scope new market entries and support Commercial team within regulatory constraints.
• Serve as main liaison between Casino Ops and QA for aligned workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end certifcation and deployment of games per market rules.
• Develop safeguards against GSP failures and manage outages.
• Lead investigations into compliance breaches and regulatory mitigations.
• Improve QA workflows to boost efficiency and accuracy in testing.
• Establish governance across all markets for agile compliance.
• Own and develop the internal Compliance Portal as the single source of truth.
