You will scope new markets, safeguard against GSP failures, own the Compliance Portal, investigate incidents, and report to senior leadership while continuously improving QA workflows and data-driven governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in iGaming compliance, QA or regulatory roles.
• Proven ability to lead and structure teams for high performance.
• Strong knowledge of global iGaming standards and multi-market licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a six-person compliance/QA team.
• Govern new market scoping and ensure regulatory alignment for launches.
• Serve as liaison between Casino Ops, QA and Commercial teams.
