Job summary

LionHires Recruitment is seeking a Casino Compliance Manager to lead a six-person team and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple markets. You will bridge Casino Operations, QA, and Commercial teams, and own the Compliance Portal to track certifications and market rules.

Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end game certification, managing GSP risk, incident investigations, and market scoping for new entries.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in iGaming/online casino compliance, technical compliance, or QA.
• Deep understanding of global iGaming technical standards, game certification processes, and multi-market licensing requirements.
• Ability to balance regulatory requirements with commercial business objectives, particularly during market scoping and launches.
• Hands-on experience investigating technical breaches, managing GSP outages, and regulatory mitigation or player compensation processes.
• Demonstrated success mapping, analysing, and improving QA/operational workflows.
• Experience overseeing or contributing to internal tools, databases, or portals used for compliance.
• Strong organisational skills to govern multiple market rollouts and game releases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable steps for QA, Commercial, and Casino Ops teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead a six-person team of compliance/QA professionals.
• Oversee cross-market governance and end-to-end game certification and deployment.
• Collaborate with Casino Operations, QA and Commercial teams as main liaison.
• Own the internal Compliance Portal and ensure it is the central hub for certifications and rules.
• Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and regulatory mitigation efforts.
• Identify and implement automation to reduce manual compliance tasks.
