Job summary

The LionHires Recruitment is seeking a Casino Compliance Manager to lead a team of six across regulatory, QA, and operations. You will own multi-market governance, drive certification and deployment of games, scope new markets, and manage GSP risk and incident investigations.

You'll partner with Casino Ops, QA, and Commercial teams to embed compliant processes, enhance governance, and own the internal Compliance Portal for certifications, market rules, and QA tracking.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in iGaming/online casino compliance, technical compliance, or QA, with proven experience managing and structuring teams.
• Deep understanding of global iGaming technical standards, game certification processes and multi-market licensing requirements.
• Ability to balance regulatory requirements with commercial objectives during market scoping and launches.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience investigating breaches and managing regulatory mitigations or player compensation.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor a team of six including a Team Lead and five specialists.
• Lead the compliance scoping for new market entries, aligning procedures with regulatory constraints and commercial aims.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Casino Operations and QA to ensure smooth workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end go-live processes for casino games, ensuring certification and license compliance.
• Develop safeguards against GSP failures and manage risk across markets.
• Lead investigations into compliance breaches and coordinate regulatory mitigation or compensation.
• Continuously optimize QA workflows and implement automation to reduce errors.
• Establish governance frameworks across markets to maintain agility and compliance.
• Own the internal Compliance Portal and ensure it remains a central source of truth.
