Job summary

IFS is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to oversee benefits activity across the organisation, ensuring consistency, governance, and alignment to Total Reward frameworks. You will lead the Benefits team, coordinate Europe with local HR and manage relationships with global brokers to inform options and governance discussions.

The role emphasizes global expertise, cross-country oversight, and delivering defined benefits projects in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Global benefits expertise including multi-country oversight.
Strong governance and compliance knowledge across regions.
Ability to analyse market data, renewals and costs to inform decisions.
Experience guiding regional Benefit Managers and local HR teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate global benefit renewals and provider reviews with brokers and regional teams.
Maintain governance standards and documentation for benefits frameworks.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Procurement and HR Operations on costs and compliance.
Communicate complex benefits matters clearly for self-service content.
Deliver benefits projects including launches, transitions and governance improvements.
Use market data and renewal modelling to highlight risks and opportunities.
Provide guidance to HRBPs and regional managers on benefits governance.
