Job summary

Sonihull, part of the Alfa Laval group, seeks a hands-on Marketing Manager to own global marketing and communications strategy and execution. You will translate priorities into focused activities, strengthening the Sonihull brand and generating demand to support sales growth.

You will work with Alfa Laval teams and specialist partners, manage budgets, campaigns, content, and measurement while travelling 20-25% internationally. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of B2B marketing and communications experience with integrated plans.
• Proven track record of digital and multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads.
• Strong content judgement and copywriting skills for technical propositions.
• Knowledge of websites, SEO/SEM, social, email, CRM and analytics.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets and stakeholders in global or matrixed organizations.
• Fluent English with willingness to travel within the UK and internationally (≈ 20-25%).
• Experience in maritime/industrial/engineering or technical B2B markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Sonihull's global marketing and communications strategy, annual plan, and budget.
• Translate insights into audiences, value propositions, and campaign priorities.
• Plan and deliver targeted digital campaigns across channels (website, SEO, LinkedIn, paid search, social, email).
• Own content calendar and materials including case studies and product-launch content.
• Collaborate with Alfa Laval's marketing teams and brand governance.
• Define and report KPIs; optimise activities and investment.
• Build scalable ways of working and shape future marketing capability.
