Job summary

Sonihull, part of the Alfa Laval group, seeks a hands-on Marketing Manager to own global marketing and communications, translating priorities into focused activity that strengthens the brand, generates demand, and drives sales growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of B2B marketing and communications experience with ownership of integrated plans and campaigns.
• Proven track record of digital and multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads.
• Strong content judgement and copywriting skills, turning technical propositions into credible stories.
• Experience with websites, SEO/SEM, social, email, CRM and analytics.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets and stakeholders within a global or matrixed organisation.
• Fluent English, willingness to travel within the UK and internationally (20-25%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global marketing and communications strategy, annual plan and budget.
• Translate insights into audiences, value propositions and campaign priorities.
• Plan and deliver targeted digital campaigns across channels and marketing automation.
• Own content calendar and production of high-quality content, case studies and launch materials.
• Collaborate with central, divisional and regional teams to align activity with priorities.
• Define and report KPIs, using data to optimise activity and investment.
• Build scalable processes and capabilities as Sonihull grows.
