Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking an Audit Specialist to support Group audit and statutory accounts processes across markets. The role collaborates with Genpact, GBS, EY and local finance teams to ensure timely delivery of information requests and sign-off.

You will work closely with regional accounting leads, auditors and cross-functional finance teams to deliver accurate outputs and meet deadlines during peak audit periods.

Qualifications

• Strong finance, accounting or audit background with experience in statutory accounts or external audit.
• Good understanding of financial records, trial balances and audit evidence.
• Excellent stakeholder management across internal teams and external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate audit and statutory accounts information requests across markets, clarifying ownership between teams.
• Track status of deliverables, risks, and blockers; escalate as needed to regional leads.
• Support Genpact in understanding information requirements and quality expectations.
• Maintain communication with EY, Deloitte, local auditors and finance teams to meet deadlines.
• Help resolve cross-ownership information requests, including payroll data and accruals.
• Provide practical support during peak audit periods and contribute to process improvements.
