Job summary

IVC Evidensia UK is seeking an External Audit Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will coordinate audit and statutory accounts requests across markets, tracking deliverables and resolving blockers in collaboration with Genpact, GBS and local teams.

This role emphasizes strong finance/audit background, exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to work across a large, international veterinary services organization.

Qualifications

• Strong finance, accounting or audit background.
• Good understanding of financial records, trial balances, audit evidence and statutory information requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across internal teams and external auditors.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple information requests and deadlines across markets.
• Proactive, pragmatic and delivery-focused approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate audit and statutory accounts information requests across markets or regions, ensuring clear ownership.
• Track status of audit deliverables, outstanding requests, dependencies and blockers, escalating risks as needed.
• Support Genpact in understanding purpose, priority and quality of information requested by auditors.
• Maintain close communication with EY, Deloitte and local auditors to ensure timely deliveries.
• Help resolve queries crossing Genpact and local finance ownership, including accruals and payroll data.
• Provide practical support during peak Group and statutory audit periods.
• Contribute to lessons learned and process improvements for future audits.
