Zusammenfassung

IVC Evidensia is seeking a Statutory Reporting Accountant to coordinate UK statutory reporting, ETBs, and year-end financial statements across UK entities. You will work with Financial Controllers, Group Finance, Tax, Legal, and external auditors to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
• Experience preparing and reviewing statutory financial statements for multiple entities
• Experience working with international teams/businesses
• Excellent command of English and strong accounting technicals
• Comfortable in an international environment with senior stakeholders

Aufgaben

• Lead the preparation and delivery of statutory financial statements for UK entities in line with UK GAAP, FRS 101 and Companies Act requirements
• Own the preparation and review of Extended Trial Balances (ETBs) and ensure all adjustments are reflected
• Develop and govern Workiva usage to drive efficiency, control and standardisation in statutory reporting
• Provide timely information to external auditors to facilitate audit reviews of ETBs and statutory statements
• Coordinate with tax providers and Group Tax to reflect tax balances in ETBs and statutory statements
• Liaise with Company Secretary for timely approval, signature and filing with Companies House
• Coordinate with Genpact, Legal, Tax and Group Finance for complete statutory disclosures
• Drive balance sheet integrity, resolve historic issues and improve reconciliations
• Identify process improvements to enhance reporting quality, efficiency and scalability
• Support newly acquired entities to ensure year-end alignment with the group
• Perform ad hoc project work as directed by Financial Controller
