IVC Evidensia is seeking a Statutory Reporting Accountant for UK & I. The role focuses on coordinating the statutory reporting process, ETB preparation, and timely year-end financial statements for UK entities. You will drive balance sheet integrity and collaborate with global teams, auditors, and tax professionals to ensure compliant reporting.

You will work with UK GAAP/IFRS, leverage Workiva for reporting governance, and support continuous improvements across the finance function.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience preparing statutory financial statements for multiple UK entities.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Excellent command of English; strong technical accounting skills and IFRS/UK GAAP knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Lead the preparation and delivery of statutory financial statements for UK entities in line with UK GAAP/FRS 101 and Companies Act requirements.
• Own the preparation and review of Extended Trial Balances (ETBs) and associated audit adjustments.
• Develop and govern Workiva usage to improve efficiency, controls, and standardisation in statutory reporting.
• Provide timely information to external auditors to support audit reviews of ETBs and statutory financial statements.
• Coordinate with tax providers and Group Tax to reflect tax balances in ETBs and statements.
• Collaborate with Co-sec to ensure timely approval, signature and filing with Companies House.
• Coordinate with Genpact, Legal, Tax and Group Finance to ensure completeness of statutory disclosures.
• Identify and drive improvements to balance sheet integrity, reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Implement process improvements to enhance reporting quality, efficiency and scalability.
• Assist on newly acquired entities to align year-end with group requirements.
