IVC Evidensia is seeking a Statutory Reporting Accountant - UK&I to coordinate year-end statutory reporting for UK entities and ensure timely financial statements.

You will drive ETB processes, support external audits, and work with Tax, Legal, and Group Finance to maintain balance sheet integrity.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
• Experience with external audit and statutory reporting.
• Experience preparing statutory financial statements for multiple entities.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong IFRS/FRS101/UK GAAP knowledge.
• Comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• MS Office proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Lead statutory financial statements for UK entities under UK GAAP/FRS 101.
• Own ETB preparation and review with audit adjustments.
• Develop and govern Workiva for statutory reporting.
• Provide information to external auditors for audits.
• Coordinate with tax providers to reflect tax balances in ETBs.
• Support annual filing with Companies House via Co-sec.
• Drive balance sheet integrity and documentation.
• Identify process improvements for reporting quality and scalability.
• Support newly acquired entities for year-end alignment.
• Ad hoc project work as directed by Financial Controller.
