Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking an Audit Specialist to support successful group audit, statutory processes and local statutory accounts through final sign-off. The role collaborates with Genpact, GBS, central auditors, EY and local finance teams to ensure timely, accurate information delivery.

The position involves coordinating requests, tracking deliverables, and resolving cross-ownership queries while supporting peak audit periods. Initial 12-month fixed-term contract with diverse benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong finance, accounting or audit background.
• Experience with statutory accounts or external audits.
• Understanding of trial balances, audit evidence, and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Proactive, delivery-focused with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate audit and statutory accounts information requests.
• Track status of audit deliverables and escalate risks.
• Assist Genpact in understanding information requirements.
• Maintain communication with EY, Deloitte, local auditors.
• Resolve cross-ownership queries and payroll data.
• Provide support during peak audit periods.
• Contribute to lessons learned and process improvements.
