Zusammenfassung

WPP Media in London seeks an Analytics Director to lead the Analytics & Data Science team within the Global Client Solutions group. You will oversee measurement, campaign analysis, and client communication to improve brand and campaign effectiveness.

You will manage relationships with senior client stakeholders, guide data-driven strategies, mentor team members, and partner with data engineering to deploy scalable analytics solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Physical Science or Computer Science).
• Experience in analytics, measurement, data science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of applying measurement to media campaigns and uplift studies.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Solid understanding of statistics (hypothesis testing, descriptive statistics, distributions).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in mentorship and management; ability to lead by example.
• Stays up-to-date with industry trends in data science and analytics.

Aufgaben

• Strategic Analytics Application: build understanding of marketing objectives and support account teams with measurement plans; manage global rollout.
• Marketing & Business Effectiveness: create campaign reviews and insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Measurement frameworks & Experimentation: develop testing approaches and design experiments to optimise performance.
• Client Stakeholder Engagement: build trusted relationships with senior client leads as strategic partner.
• Internal Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with data engineering to integrate new tools and automation.
• Commercial Contribution: support scoping and delivery of analytics projects; participate in new business pitches.
• Thought Leadership: translate complex data concepts for stakeholders and contribute to data strategy.
