WPP Media is seeking an Associate Director, Data Science to lead the delivery of advanced data science projects across the UK. You will translate client needs into scalable analytical solutions, apply sophisticated modelling techniques, and contribute hands-on to modelling work within a broader analytics team.

You will collaborate with global teams, drive innovation in AI/ML for media, and manage complex projects with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and budgeting adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Proven expertise in a wide range of data science methods including statistical modelling, machine learning, and time series analysis.
• Hands-on experience with propensity and attribution modelling for media/marketing.
• Strong Python development and SQL data extraction/manipulation skills.
• Familiarity with Git, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) and MLOps practices.
• Ability to design and deploy analytical tools, dashboards, and automated solutions.
