Job summary

WPP Media is seeking an Associate Director in UK Analytics Modelling Services. You will lead a team of econometricians, manage client relationships, and oversee modelling, data science, and applied analytics efforts across multiple clients.

The role reports to a Director+, with hybrid working in the UK. You will drive revenue growth, ensure high-quality deliverables, and mentor junior analysts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience of Market Mix Modelling and other techniques within the media industry.
• Experience with clients from a variety of sectors.
• Ability to anticipate and manage the needs of senior clients using influence and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Line-manage a team of 3-6 direct reports with growth and development feedback.
• Deliver significant income with complex analytics projects.
• Act as senior analytics sponsor for client relationships and quality of work.
• Ensure data processing is accurate and efficient across projects.
• Collaborate with all WPP Media departments for integrated solutions.
• Co-lead commercial excellence and contribute to income growth targets.
