Job summary

Kpler is seeking a technically minded Sales Specialist – AI Products to demonstrate and enable adoption of AI offerings globally. You will partner with prospects and customers, run workshops, showcase MCP server and AI Assistant, and guide integrations into Claude, ChatGPT and BI platforms.

You will shape the technical narrative, address security concerns, and help articulate ROI while supporting commercial discussions and roadmap feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a customer-facing technical role with commercial focus.
• Hands-on experience with LLM products, prompting and workflows.
• Strong API knowledge including REST, authentication and rate limits.
• Comfortable using Python or notebooks to prototype demos.
• Excellent presentation and communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Strong commercial awareness, pricing discussions and ROI storytelling.
• Experience with technical integrations and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, curious and customer-focused with ability to translate tech into business value.

Responsibilities

• Deliver discovery-led demonstrations of AI products to stakeholders from analysts to C-level.
• Design and run hands-on workshops, identify use cases and develop prompts/workflows.
• Develop reusable workshop formats and materials for consistent adoption.
• Own the technical narrative around MCP server, including integrations and data access.
• Support customers integrating MCP into Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot Studio and BI tools.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to support trials, evaluations and PoCs.
• Contribute to pricing discussions and ROI-based value propositions.
• Gather customer feedback to influence product roadmap and address blockers.
• Work with Engineering, Product and Marketing to create customer-facing content.
