Job summary

Kainos in the United Kingdom is seeking a Pre Sales AI Consultant to shape credible AI-enabled solutions, articulate value to senior stakeholders, and guide bids from discovery through delivery.

You will collaborate across Sales, AI/Data, Architecture and Delivery teams, translate complex AI concepts into practical narratives, run workshops and demos, and ensure responsible, deliverable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales or AI/data consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI in enterprise contexts.
• Experience shaping AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to translate AI into business value.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear business outcomes and procurement-ready narratives.
• Act as a strategic advisor throughout opportunity development from qualification to bid.
• Communicate AI, data and delivery concepts to executive and technical audiences.
• Facilitate workshops, briefings, demos and proofs of concept.
• Lead discovery conversations and early solution shaping with customers.
• Shape commercially viable AI solutions balancing outcomes and feasibility.
• Lead AI solution input into bids and proposals.
