Job summary

Checkout.com seeks a Commercial AI Solutions Specialist to turn high‑value Commercial problems into practical, adopted AI workflows. You will own use cases end to end, from discovery to deployment, with a hands‑on approach combining curiosity, problem solving, and delivery ownership.

You do not need deep expertise in every AI tool; you should show domain learning, shipping at least one usable workflow, and translating ambiguous problems into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Evidence of having built and shipped at least one useful workflow, automation, AI‑powered tool, or prototype used by real users.
• Ability to learn a new domain quickly and deliver a measurable business outcome.
• Experience owning work from an ambiguous problem to an implemented solution.
• Strong analytical and data literacy to interpret data, set baselines, and evaluate outcomes.
• Hands‑on experience with low‑code/no‑code platforms, automation tools, or AI-assisted coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial teams to identify workflow pain points and high‑value automation opportunities.
• Investigate problems, map processes, establish baselines, and define outcomes.
• Build, test, and iterate on prototypes using AI tools, automation, and low‑code platforms.
• Lead use cases from discovery through deployment, adoption, and impact measurement.
• Design pragmatic human‑in‑the‑loop workflows with controls and feedback mechanisms.
• Coordinate with data, security, risk, and platform partners for approvals when needed.
• Create end‑user enablement materials including documentation and training.
• Maintain visibility of progress, risks, adoption, and impact.
