Global Account Manager - Corporate Travel - London / Hybrid
Join this award-winning and highly reputable Travel Management Company (TMC) in a newly created role within their growing team. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement from their Central London offices (3 days in, 2 days remote).
You will manage a small portfolio of high-value, complex, and global clients. Your responsibilities include understanding clients' strategic goals, consultatively selling value-added solutions and services, developing relationships at all levels, creating strategic business plans, ensuring client compliance, and staying updated on client needs. You will also deliver regular strategic reviews of travel programs, ensure SLA compliance, and drive contract renewals and client retention.
