About the Role

We seek a relationship-driven Account Manager to retain and grow existing accounts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Account growth and retention through policy improvements, new product launches, and exploring new markets
  • Building and maintaining relationships at all levels, including C-level stakeholders
  • Engaging proactively with clients to understand needs and gather feedback
  • Leading performance reviews and strategic meetings
  • Resolving issues swiftly to ensure high satisfaction
  • Managing contracts, negotiations, and renewals
  • Providing forecasts and performance reports
  • Using tools like Jira to manage deliverables and stakeholder expectations
Requirements

This role is ideal if you:

  • Are a native/fluent speaker of English and Dutch, with German or French as a bonus
  • Have proven experience in account management, customer success, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or fintech
  • Have a track record of growing and retaining strategic accounts
  • Possess excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Can understand and explain complex products and collaborate internally
  • Are data-driven and familiar with CRM (e.g., Hubspot), Jira, and dashboards
  • Have strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Are self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently
