Job summary

En Route International is seeking an Account Based Marketing Manager to lead ABM strategies for priority global accounts from Windsor. You will collaborate with Commercial, Creative, and regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns and optimise ROI across multi-region markets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B marketing, strong ABM execution in global contexts, and a solid grasp of analytics and partner marketing management. A CIM or related qualifications are advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5+ years in a B2B marketing role, ideally with global clients.
• Proven ABM campaign planning/execution with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in aviation/travel/food sectors advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ABM strategies for priority global accounts aligned to commercial objectives.
• Leverage insights, market intelligence and analytics to identify opportunities and prioritise investments.
• Translate research and commercial data into tailored marketing programs to accelerate pipeline.
• Measure ABM performance using KPIs and analytics; provide actionable ROI recommendations.
• Contribute to customer intelligence initiatives and share learnings for smarter decisions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Creative, Research & Insights, NPD and regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, agencies and partners for asset production and delivery.
