Job summary

Teleperformance in Glasgow is recruiting a Team Leader to drive delivery and improve customer experience through coaching a busy contact centre team. You will lead by example, inspire performance, and ensure service standards are met while delivering against operational targets.

The role is on site in Glasgow city centre, permanent, 40 hours per week, with shift flexibility 7am–9pm Mon–Sat and 10am–5pm Sun. Start date 26 October 2026 and salary £27,500.

Qualifications

• Proven people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience working within a contact centre environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
