Job summary

Qualifications

• Automotive aftersales experience in a Service Advisor or similar role.

• Confident in managing service bookings and daily customer updates.
• Good organisation in a busy aftersales environment.
• Experience using a dealer management system.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a busy automotive aftersales operation in Abingdon in a customer-facing role at the centre of the service department.

The basic salary is £30,000–£34,000 depending on experience, with OTE circa £42,000 and a 1-in-3 Saturday morning rota.

It should suit an experienced automotive Service Advisor who is comfortable managing customers, coordinating with the workshop and keeping the service process moving throughout the day.
