Confidential in Erdington, Birmingham is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor in an automotive aftersales setting. The role focuses on managing bookings, keeping customers updated, and working closely with technicians to explain repairs and costs.

You should have previous automotive service advisor experience, excellent customer service and communication, and strong organisation. The role includes 1 in 4 Saturdays and a clear, structured pattern with weekday hours to be confirmed.

A strong opportunity for an experienced automotive Service Advisor looking for a customer-focused role with solid earning potential and a structured working pattern.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• £32,000 basic salary


• £38,000 OTE


• Potential to earn up to £45,000 including service-plan earnings


• 1 in 4 Saturday mornings


• Weekday hours to be confirmed


• Customer-facing automotive aftersales environment

THE ROLE

• Manage customer bookings and service appointments


• Keep customers updated throughout the service and repair process

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You'll need
