Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire Store Managers and their teams across the region.
• Analyse business performance and take action to exceed targets.
• Ensure brand and operational standards are consistently delivered.
• Support new store openings, recruitment, and training where needed.
• Act as the link between stores and the wider business functions.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
