Job summary

THG is seeking a Country Executive to drive ecommerce trading in Germany within our global THG Beauty and THG Nutrition brands. The role collaborates with CRM, Marketing, Brand and Campaign teams to shape and execute Germany’s trading strategy, optimise performance, and deliver commercial growth.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on analytics, strategy and cross‑functional collaboration, building a long-term career in international market management at THG.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and strong English communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the ecommerce trading strategy for Germany.
• Build and manage trading calendars, ensuring website activity aligns with commercial objectives and sales targets.
• Analyze customer behaviour and trading performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
• Monitor key ecommerce metrics including Gross Profit, Conversion Rate, Average Order Value, Bounce Rate and traffic performance.
• Plan and support product launches, promotions and commercial campaigns.
• Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Brand and Campaign teams to ensure a consistent customer experience across all channels.
• Identify innovative ways to acquire, retain and grow customer value.
• Propose and support A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve performance.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support the Regional Manager with market insights, reporting and ad hoc commercial projects.
