Job summary

THG Ingenuity is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own client ecommerce strategy and performance. You will bridge trading and marketing, using data and insight to drive growth across the customer journey from acquisition to retention.

You will manage budgets, coordinate channel activity, and serve as the day-to-day contact for your client, supported by SEO, PPC, Paid Social, CRM, and Affiliates specialists to align on strategy and delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven ecommerce experience in fast-paced or high-growth D2C environments.
• Comfortable trading and marketing across channels and site performance.
• Data-literate with analytics confidence and ROI orientation.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce strategy and performance across client accounts.
• Manage budgets, calendars, and promotional activity.
• Coordinate channel activity with SEO, PPC, CRM, and Affiliates.
• Act as day-to-day client contact and deliver monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
