THG Beauty is hiring a UK Ecommerce Manager to lead daily trade plans, budgeting, and performance analysis in Manchester. You will own phasing, reforecasting, and coordinate with Senior Channel Managers to deliver KPI targets across the business.

Responsibilities include end-to-end campaign management, data-driven insights, and presenting updates to senior stakeholders. The role emphasizes strong Excel reporting, data confidence, and team collaboration.

• Build and own daily trade plans and budgets in alignment with the Senior Ecommerce Manager
• Monitor KPI performance and provide insights to inform reforecasting
• Lead campaign process end-to-end (buying, marketing, merch, retail media, creative alignment)
• Present content to stakeholders and develop storytelling for gains and risks
