THG is seeking a Senior Influencer Executive for Germany to lead the German influencer programme and scale our influencer strategy in a fast-growing market. You will work with a passionate marketing team to drive brand connections and performance.

Qualifications

• Native German language skills.
• Business-level English skills.
• Degree qualified (preferred).
• 2+ years experience in influencer marketing (preferred).
• Genuine interest in health, wellbeing, fitness and ambition to lead German influencer marketing.
• Understanding of how influencers build brand awareness, affinity and drive value.
• Knowledge of current German social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Proactive self-starter with problem-solving attitude and deadlines.
• Knowledge of the German fitness industry and trends.
• Upskilling development via in-house programmes.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the day-to-day operations of the German influencer programme, ensuring growth and performance, and maintaining relationships with creators and talent agents in the region.
• Support the Senior Influencer Manager – EU in shaping and executing the German influencer strategy, aligned with EU and global objectives.
• Deliver detailed performance reporting on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis with KPIs and insights.
• Manage programme maintenance, ensuring influencer tracking links, discount codes, and promotions are accurate and live.
• Actively source and recruit new German influencer talent across tiers for customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, brand, commercial, paid media and product marketing teams.
• Own the full campaign process for German influencer activations from planning to learnings.
• Ensure content is on-brand and aligned with trends and campaigns.
• Lead German influencer payments and budget tracking, including invoicing and PO processes.
• Foster collaboration across influencer tiers and wider marketing channels.
• Support brand-led events and content creation with German influencer presence.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in Germany to future-proof the approach.
