Job summary

Claroty in London is looking for a Technical Account Manager (German speaker) to partner with enterprise customers, ensuring successful deployment and ongoing value realization of the platform. You will bridge customers with internal teams, driving technical alignment and long-term relationships.

You will lead technical discussions, provide architecture guidance, and drive product adoption while collaborating with engineering and success teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a TAM or similar role in enterprise cybersecurity.
• Ability to design and deploy technical solutions for customers.
• Strong communication and collaboration with product, engineering and success teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, deploy, and configure Claroty's solutions to meet technical and business objectives.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance, architecture recommendations, and optimization strategies to maximize adoption.
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across customer environments.
• Translate feedback into actionable recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Develop technical artifacts, documentation, playbooks, and best practices for deployments.
• Support escalations and complex technical scenarios with Support and R&D teams.
• Drive executive-level technical conversations and strategic roadmaps aligned with customers' cybersecurity goals.
• Travel up to 30% for on-site engagements, workshops, and meetings.
