Job summary

insightsoftware UK Ltd in London, United Kingdom, is seeking a skilled German-speaking Technical Account Manager to oversee partners’ and customers’ technical needs. You will work with Jet Reports, Jet Analytics, BI, Process Runner and other products as the primary technical liaison for EMEA.

You will lead technical engagements, support pre-sales activities, manage POC engagements, and advise customers on implementation and optimisation of Jet products, including SQL Server and Power BI.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency to engage with partners and customers.
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP, SQL and BI.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager or equivalent role.
• Ability to solve complex integration and product questions and coordinate resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical liaison between the organisation and partners in EMEA.
• Manage and scope proof-of-concept engagements; define success criteria.
• Provide technical leadership to support pre-sales and win new business.
• Advise customers on application, implementation and optimisation of Jet products.
• Respond to security questionnaires, RFPs and RFIs with accuracy.
• Resolve technical support requests and escalations from partners and customers.
