Job summary

Insightsoftware is seeking a German-speaking Technical Account Manager in London. You will oversee partners’ and customers’ technical needs, acting as the main liaison for EMEA, guiding them through Jet Reports, Jet Analytics, BI, and Process Runner deployments.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, POC management, and collaboration with Solution Engineering, with a focus on Dynamics ERP, SQL, and Power BI to optimize customer environments.

Qualifications

• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP or financials, SQL and Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred or strong technical experience.
• Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager or equivalent, with ability to troubleshoot complex integration questions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee partners and customers’ technical needs; serve as primary technical liaison for EMEA.
• Lead technical enablement, POC engagements, and response to security questionnaires with accuracy.
• Support pre-sales by providing technical leadership and collaborating with Sales to win new business.
• Advise customers on application, implementation, and optimization of Jet Reports, Jet Analytics, BI, and Process Runner.
