Job summary

Integral Ad Science is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join the Technical Customer Operations Team for Northern Europe. You will be the main technical go-to person for integrated clients, addressing questions and issues, troubleshooting quickly, and providing effective solutions.

In this role you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to deliver High Touch services, expand to tier 2 support when needed, and ensure customers achieve their outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in a technical account/relationship management/client-facing role
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
• Proficiency in JS, SQL, HTML, and data analysis
• Previous experience with web traffic analysis tools and ad serving tags
• Previous experience working with APIs and SDKs
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Experience with 3rd party advertising technology companies
• Experience with publishers and publisher ad servers
• Knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem and its players
• Strong communication skills; written, verbal and listening
• Self-starter with good time management and prioritization
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical go-to person for integrated clients
• Troubleshoot issues, pinpoint root causes, and provide solutions
• Provide high-touch consultative services to premium clients
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Pricing and other teams to support customers
