Qualifications

• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP or financials, SQL and Power BI.
• Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager or equivalent, ability to solve complex integration questions and coordinate resolutions.
• Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills with an ability to understand customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions.
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving specific goals.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and strong communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Support partners to use, sell and implement Jet Reports, Jet Analytics, Reporting Intelligence, BI, Process Runner and other planning solutions.
• Collaborate with the Director of Solution Engineering on roadmap and strategic planning.
• Manage proof-of-concept engagements, define success criteria, and respond to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires.
• Provide technical leadership to pre-sales and liaise with sales to win new business.
• Serve as the technical contact for Jet and planning solutions for assigned EMEA partners.
