Job summary

Abnormal AI is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting in a UK territory. You will engage with mid-to-large organizations, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to advance deals.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1+ year in SDR roles, fluent German, strong communication, and comfort with AI-enabled outreach. You will balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and contribute to hitting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1+ year proven SDR experience.
• Fluency in German (spoken and written).
• Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role (less experience ok for right candidate).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
• Ability to understand customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value.
• Strong, professional communication skills -- written, verbal, presentation.
• Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts.
• Experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
• BA/BS degree or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Exercise leadership, demonstrate effective sales planning, and work in a positive and motivating way with internal counterparts and external customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
• Effectively partner and work across sales teams.
• Act as the subject matter expert on Abnormal AI product offering.
