Abnormal AI is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to spearhead outbound outreach in our UK territory. You will engage prospects, understand their challenges, and position Abnormal AI solutions to help drive growth.

You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams, qualify opportunities, and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly targets while embracing AI-powered tools to sharpen outreach and personalization.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1+ year proven BDR experience in a sales environment.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and accounts in territory.
• Proven collaboration with distributed sales teams.
• Familiar with AI-assisted prospecting and outreach techniques.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through outbound calls and emails.
• Identify client needs and suggest products/services.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
