Job summary

Helen of Troy is seeking a German-speaking Inside Customer Service Specialist for B2B partners in London. This full-time hybrid role involves handling orders, inquiries, and coordination with sales and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and accurate invoicing.

You will work closely with regional sales, finance, and 3PL partners, using Oracle for order processing. English and German fluency are essential, with French a plus, and UK work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service, B2B Sales, Logistics/Operations.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written). French a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United Kingdom on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding B2B customer service for German-speaking partners via email and phone.
• Manage orders from input to final invoice in the ERP system (Oracle) and send confirmations.
• Coordinate with sales, finance and 3PL to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.
• Provide and analyze data to support regional sales and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and resolve order issues promptly.
