Job summary

You will use your German and English language skills to manage orders, provide updates, handle quotes and returns, and collaborate with Account Managers to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, order changes, and customer enquiries in German and English.
• Provide customers with updates on order status, delivery schedules, and product information.
• Process quotations, returns, and related documentation.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and identify effective solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to support customer requirements.
• Monitor customer backlogs and support on-time delivery performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
