Responsibilities

• Be the primary day-to-day interface for assigned UK account partners.
• Carry out contract reviews on orders/schedules and process them within SAP.
• Progress and expedite orders as requested; process requests for quotations.
• Process customer returns; investigate credit/debit requests and queries.
• Conduct regular reviews with your account base on OTD and backlog.
• Review, action, and issue all relevant order-related reports; follow TESOG policies.
