Qualifications

• Previous customer service or customer support experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• SAP experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Experience with continuous improvement or Lean principles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers, supporting them throughout the order process and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Work with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and other internal teams to resolve customer queries.
• Manage orders, updates on order status, deliveries, and products.
• Process quotations and returns.
• Resolve customer issues and identify effective solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor customer backlogs and support on-time delivery performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
